We buy at Royal FloraHolland and directly from selected, trusted growers. We hold no stock: every order is purchased fresh after your confirmation, which is how we guarantee maximum vase life on arrival.
We are a Floricode member and purchase at Royal FloraHolland and from established Dutch growers, many of whom hold MPS and/or GLOBALG.A.P. certifications. Because we buy to order rather than hold stock, product traceability runs straight from grower to your invoice.
Daily order cut-off is 05:00 CET, before the auction clock starts, so your order is in the day's first buying round.

Every shipment leaves with complete, correct documentation. You order the flowers; we take care of the border.
Payment terms are agreed individually with each client, based on the relationship and trading history. We keep terms simple and we honour them — and we ask the same of our partners.
Fresh flowers travel thousands of kilometres; occasionally something doesn't arrive as it should. Report any issue within 24 hours of arrival, with photos of product and packaging. We assess quickly and resolve fairly: credit, replacement or a solution that works for both sides. Claims are handled by the same people you order from, so there are no call centres and no forms disappearing into a queue. Long-term client relationships going back to our very first years are the proof this works.
